Healthier Cheesecake Brownies

I found this one on tumblr, and planning on makin one my own, maybe this weekend.
I hope it'll taste as yummy as shown in the pictures :)

This is the EASIEST cheesecake EVER. I promise!

These are SO SO easy to make! If you want to just make a no-bake cheesecake, you can ditch the brownie underneath.
INGREDIENTS:
~1 Box Brownie Mix (use apple sauce instead of oil and an egg white instead of the whole egg)
~1 Tub Fat Free Cool Whip
~8oz Fat Free Cream Cheese (room temperature)
~1 Box Sugar Free Fat Free Jello Pudding Mix (The cheesecake flavor, or any flavor you want!)

DIRECTIONS:
1. Make brownies as directed on box in an 8 X 8 pan (or a round springform one like I used) with substitutions. Instead of using 1/3 C oil, use 1/3 C applesauce, and 1 egg white instead of one egg. Let brownies fully cool.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cool whip, and cheesecake pudding mix (or flavor of choice). Use an electric beater to blend until fully combined, don’t over mix it though.
3. Spread mixture over cooled brownies and spread over evenly. Put in the freezer!
4. After about an hour, feel free to dig in!

NOTE: To lower calories, don’t use brownie layer, just make the no-bake cheesecake! Top with raspberries or ff cool whip! These are really good! ENJOY!
